Uniforms: The athletes will be provided with home/away uniforms, training shorts, training shirts, sweat pants and training jacket and a backpack.

Activities: Teams will have gatherings together and participate in activities outside of soccer. This will help the players meet our semi-professional players and other players in our programs. All youth players have free entrance to our semi-professional team games that will be held at RCTC.

Communication: Team communications will be done through TeamSnap and email on occasion.

Coaches: Coaches will be determined once the teams have been finalized. All of our coaches are experienced and solely dedicated to their individual teams. Coaches will not be parents of the team being coached. We focus on team and individual growth. Our goal is to develop the players to the best player they can be.We do this by providing individual one-on-one with players during practice, when necessary.

Team managers: We take the stress away from parents so they can come and enjoy the games. Our management takes care of all of the team activities.
