Wheelchair and other accessible seating is located in the main stand of RCTC Stadium.

No outside alcoholic beverages may be brought into the stadium. No alcoholic beverages served inside the stadium can be taken outside. No fans under the age of 21 are permitted to purchase or consume alcohol. Fans are required to show a legal driver's license or passport when purchasing alcoholic beverages.

Fans are expected to obey all state and local laws governing the purchase, possession, and consumption of alcohol while in RCTC Stadium.

Fans are permitted to bring cameras to capture moments of the match for personal use from their seats, but are prohibited from using professional equipment (e.g., DLSR cameras with detachable lenses). Video reproduction and live streaming of matches is prohibited unless granted permission from Rochester FC.

Read Rochester FC's full Fan Code of Conduct here. Fans who do not follow these policies may be removed from the stadium and further actions may be taken. If you are experiencing issues during a match, please notify the closest Rochester FC staff member.

Food and beverages are available for purchase inside RCTC Stadium. There will also be food trucks at each home match.

Fans attempting to enter the field of play before, during or after a match without prior authorization will be removed from the stadium immediately as outlined in the Rochester FC Fan Code of Conduct.

Stadium gates open 60 minutes before the scheduled start of the match. If this changes, updates will be communicated through Rochester FC's social media accounts and local channels.

The Kid Zone is open 60 minutes before the scheduled match kick-off and closes at the final whistle. Children ages three and under must be accompanied by an adult. Adult supervision is strongly encouraged for other ages.

Lost items may be returned to Guest Services, located in the Box Office at the entry and exit point of the stadium.

The Match Day Patio is open 60 minutes before the scheduled kick-off time and will stay open for 30 minutes after the final whistle. Fans must follow the Rochester FC alcohol policy and Fan Code of Conduct.

The Rochester FC merchandise tent is open 60 minutes before the scheduled kick-off and 30 minutes after the final whistle. Fans can also purchase Rochester FC merchandise here.

General parking at RCTC Stadium is free for all ticket holders.

Pets, other than service animals, are not permitted within RCTC Stadium.

For the safety and security of all fans, these items are not permitted in to the stadium:

• Weapons of any kind
• Illegal substances, drugs or chemicals of any kind
• Projectiles
• Any outside food or beverage
• Drones
• Aerosol cans
• Smoke devices, flares or fireworks of any kind without explicit approval from Rochester FC
• Laser pointers

Re-entry is allowed, but fans must receive a hand stamp by security or a Rochester FC event staff member before leaving.

Resale of tickets on RCTC Stadium grounds is strictly prohibited.

Smoking is not permitted inside RCTC Stadium.

Tailgating is not permitted at RCTC Stadium.

By entering RCTC Stadium for Rochester FC home matches, all fans acknowledge and agree that any photographs or videos taken within the venue may be used by Rochester FC for promotional, commercial or other purposes without compensation or further authorization. By capturing images at our events, photographers and attendees grant Rochester FC a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, distribute, modify and publicly display such media in any format.

RCTC Stadium is an outdoor venue and is susceptible to bad weather. Games will be delayed in the event of lighting and will be postponed if conditions are deemed unplayable by match officials. In the rare event a match is postponed, fans can use their purchased tickets to attend the rescheduled match.

Children three years old and under do not need a ticket. Rochester FC offers youth ticket price of $5 for children ages 4-13.
