In advance of the 2025 USL W campaign, Rochester FC announced their current roster. Rochester FC has 29 players under contract for the 2025 season.

"Our goal is to make it to the playoff round this year," said Rochester FC Sporting Director Muharem Dedic. "We have heavily recruited top talent from D1 schools across the country, and coupling that with a core of returning players puts the women's side in good standing to make a playoff run."

RFC's current roster heading into this season is listed alphabetically below by position.
