Muharem Dedic is a passionate and dedicated soccer coach with a strong foundation in the game, both as a player and mentor. His journey in soccer began at a young age playing for top academies in Germany and professional teams around the world. He has evolved into a lifelong commitment to developing youth players and fostering a love for the game.His involvement in local soccer programs reflects his dedication to building strong foundations for the sport in the community and inspiring the next generation of players.

Midhat Mujic has a lifelong passion for soccer, both as a player and a coach. Growing up immersed in the sport, he developed a strong technical foundation and a deep appreciation for the game. Over the years, Midhat has played competitively and transitioned into coaching, where he brings energy, discipline, and a player-first mentality to every session.Midhat’s goal is to create a positive and challenging environment where kids can grow, compete, and enjoy the sport.

Eric Feil is in his sixth year with Rochester FC and has coached across multiple levels of the club, including our USL Academy teams, USL W team, and various youth squads. He also serves as the head coach of the Lourdes High School boys’ team. Eric brings a wealth of experience as both a player and coach, having competed in college soccer at Hamline University as well as at the semi-professional level.

Max grew up in Rochester and is deeply connected to the local soccer community. He joined Rochester FC four years ago and has been integral to the growth and development of our youth program. His passion and genuine care for athletes truly set him apart. A lifelong player himself, Max is also advancing his coaching career as he works toward his coaching license.

Arnes has spent most of his life in Rochester and brings a strong playing background, having competed in college soccer as well as in the Professional Development League (PDL). A new addition to Rochester FC’s coaching staff, he also has prior experience coaching youth teams. Arnes is passionate about sharing his knowledge of the game and is dedicated to helping players reach their full potential both on and off the field.

Anna Mujic is a dynamic and accomplished individual whose passion for soccer and dedication to healthcare make her a standout leader both on and off the field. A former player for Mayo High School, Anna developed her skills and love for the game early on, becoming known for her tactical awareness, strong work ethic, and ability to inspire those around her. Her time as a high school athlete laid the foundation for her continued involvement in the sport and her commitment to youth development.In addition to her soccer background, Anna is a respected nurse manager, bringing years of experience and leadership to the healthcare field. Her role requires compassion, precision, and the ability to manage complex teams—skills that seamlessly translate into her contributions within the soccer community.

Bradley, a proud Byron native, brings a deep-rooted passion for soccer to Rochester FC. As a former standout at Byron High School and a collegiate-level player. His commitment to giving back to the community and inspiring the next generation of players is what drives him. By joining Rochester FC, Bradley aims to share his experience, foster growth in young athletes, and help build a strong foundation for soccer in the region.

Chris is in his second year with Rochester FC and has quickly made a strong impact. In 2025, he coached our UPSL semi-pro women’s team, guiding them to the playoffs in their inaugural season. He also serves as the head coach of the Stewartville High School boys’ team, where he has led them to a state ranking this year. Chris brings valuable experience, professionalism, and leadership to our club, both on and off the field. In addition to coaching, he is also a dedicated teacher.

Joe is a highly skilled and passionate soccer coach with a strong foundation in the game, both as a player and mentor. Originally from Iowa, Joe grew up immersed in the sport, playing competitive club soccer throughout his youth. His early experiences on the field helped shape his understanding of the game’s technical and tactical demands, and instilled in him a deep appreciation for teamwork, discipline, and player development.
After relocating to the area, Joe quickly became an integral part of our program, bringing with him a wealth of knowledge, energy, and a commitment to helping young athletes grow. His coaching style is player-focused and development-driven, emphasizing smart decision-making, technical precision, and a positive team culture.

Joe is a lifelong Rochester native with a strong soccer background. A former John Marshall High School player, he has remained active in the local men’s soccer scene while dedicating his time to developing the next generation of players. His passion for coaching and supporting youth soccer is evident in his work as an assistant coach across multiple Rochester FC teams.

Yonas is in his third year with Rochester FC and brings extensive playing and coaching experience to the club. Before joining RFC, he served as head coach of a women’s NPSL team, and over the past two years he has led our UPSL men’s semi-professional team in the Premier Division. Having spent much of his life in Rochester, Yonas is deeply connected to the local soccer community and continues to make a strong impact on player development at all levels..
