Rochester FC Priorities

Our priorities at Rochester FC are the athletes. RFC’s mission is to introduce the game of soccer to youth of all ages and skill levels with the purpose of providing the opportunity for each player to develop to their full potential. We strive to maintain an environment that embodies the core values of integrity, leadership, perseverance, respect, and teamwork, promoting self-confidence and cultivating a lifelong passion for the game.

We understand the need for competitive soccer in Rochester and the need for our players to be given additional opportunities such as scouting and showcasing.
