Sebastian Narvaez
USL 2 Men’s Coach
Sebastian, our USL 2 men's coach, brings a wealth of experience to Rochester FC. Holding a Colombian Pro Coaching License, Sebastian is entering his second season with RFC. A former Rochester Thunder goalkeeper, Sebastian has also had a successful career as a professional goalkeeper and assistant coach for professional teams such as Atletico FC and Orsomarso SC in Colombia. Sebastian will be involved throughout the club in 2024 as time allows.
Deb Nichols
USL Women’s Coach
Deb Nichols is our head coach of USL W team. Deb played a pivotal role in shaping the club's foundation as a founding member. Prior to RFC, Deb served as an assistant coach at Winona State for two years. She then went on to establish the women's soccer program at RCTC. Currently is involved in coaching Olympic Development Program (ODP) teams and has a background as a goalkeeper and holding both a goalkeeper coaching license and a C license.
Eric Feil
USL A Girls Coach
Eric Feil has been an integral part of Rochester FC since our 2019 season, initially joining as a player before expanding his role to become our youth director. Recently, he successfully obtained his C license, marking a significant achievement. Congratulations, Eric!
Currently, he serves as the coach for our USL Academy girls' team.
Yonas Haile
USL A Boys Coach
Yonas brings extensive experience to the Rochester soccer community, having been involved in the sport from a young age and continuing to play actively. He was previously RUFC WPSL Head Coach for several years before joining RFC. Yonas holds a D license, further solidifying his expertise in coaching.
Karl Cornish
U15 Girls Coach
Coach Karl became part of Rochester FC as an assistant coach alongside Eric for the girls' team. His dedicated involvement has significantly contributed to the growth of our club, particularly in developing the girls' side. Outside of coaching, Karl manages his own business and generously dedicates his free time to support our teams. Currently, he coaches our U16 Girls team.
Sanel Begic
U15 Boys Coach
Coach Sanel has been a part of our club since 2019, contributing to various capacities. Since last year, he has served as an assistant coach for our U15 boys' team. During the summer season, you'll find Sanel actively involved in our gameday media operations for our USL 2, USL W, USL A, and UPSL teams
Sanel Krivdic
U15 & U12 Boys Coach
Coach Sanel became part of Rochester FC's coaching staff in 2022, bringing extensive soccer experience from his playing days. Having competed at John Marshall High School and within the Rochester soccer community, he brings a deep understanding of the game. Sanel will be at the helm of our U15 boys' team alongside Sergio and Sanel B.
Nathan Hartung
U15 Girls Coach
Nathan joins us as a first year coach. Nate has over 20 years of experience coaching/playing soccer. He has coached for clubs like Salvo and Wave. Nate has a passion for the game and developing players. He also holds a D license for coaching.
Sergio Guarin
U15 Boys Coach
Sergio became part of our coaching staff in 2023 as an assistant coach for the USL 2 men's team. Having found enjoyment and fulfillment in coaching at RFC, he expressed his desire to continue coaching. Outside of his coaching duties, Sergio works at Mayo Clinic, where he is involved in research, while also dedicating his time to coaching our U15 Boys team.
Max Sargent
U12 Boys Coach
Max Sargent brings a fresh perspective to Rochester FC as a first-time coach this season. A Rochester native, Max attended Century High School and has been involved in soccer since the age of 6. Prior to joining Rochester FC, he gained coaching experience elsewhere. Currently, Max serves as the coach for our U12 boys' team.
